These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Travoll application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Travoll LLC ("Travoll", "we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Travoll.
Use of Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use Travoll. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use Travoll only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
User Content
You may input, upload, or share itinerary details, photos, notes, and other content "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Travoll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You agree not to upload any content that:
Violates any law or regulation
Infringes any third party rights
Contains viruses or malicious code
Is abusive, harassing, or inappropriate
License and Restrictions
Travoll grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Services to build a competing product
Third-Party Services
Travoll may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., maps, booking engines). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
Recommendations or travel information will be accurate or complete
You use Travoll at your own risk. We are not liable for any travel disruptions, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travoll LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travoll LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
Your User Content
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the integrity of the Services.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app tools.
Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Travoll and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or courts located in Florida.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
