Method 1: In-App Account Deletion

For the fastest and most direct way to delete your account, you can do so from within the Travoll app.

1. Open the Travoll app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Settings page.

3. Tap the Delete Account button.

Method 2: Email Support Team

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can email our support team at hello@travoll.com with your request.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon receiving your deletion request via email, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days.

• Data to be deleted: This includes your full name, email address, user id, and all saved trip itinerary data.

Important: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your saved trip data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
